Building the core communication strategy

for a new covid-19 alliance


A non-profit organisation needed strategic support to build its communications strategy and online presence for its members and stakeholders.


We designed a strategic plan to develop a new mission and vision for the organisation. We also developed key messages, an audience and content strategy, and a media engagement plan.


We conducted extensive desk research, along with key-stakeholder interviews, to develop the organisation’s unique positioning. The media strategy and engagement plan involved liaising with regional and country offices to gather insights on major regional and national outlets, as well as topics and messages that would resonate with local audiences. We then implemented this plan, articulating the organisation’s mission and vision to effectively build its online presence.
