Infinity Communications SARL headquartered in Switzerland (collectively, “Infinity,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides this Privacy Statement as a legal requirement and because we know that you care about how your information is collected, used, shared and retained. This Privacy Statement applies to information collected when you visit our website at https://infinitycommunications.ch/ (the “Site”), request our publications, or contact us via the Site.

By visiting our Site, you are agreeing to the terms of this Privacy Statement and the accompanying Terms of Use.

What information we collect; the purpose of collection and use

We collect the following categories of information.

1 – Contact Information

We now or in the future may collect contact information on our Site from visitors who wish to obtain general information or contact us about employment opportunities or our services. Contact information is provided and collected via browser forms and may include first name, last name, e-mail address, job title, name of the organisation, country, state/region and phone numbers (fax, cell and/or landline), and other information necessary for us to properly respond. This contact information is used by our employees to contact our Site visitors, and to compile and deliver our response. This is a legitimate interest to use this personal data.

2 – Google Analytics

Like most organisations, we rely on automatic data collection technology (Google Analytics 4(GA4)) when you visit our Site. This allows us to optimise your web experience, analyse the use of the site, and identify and fix technical issues. These are legitimate interests. Google Analytics may use tracking technologies, such as but not limited to cookies to collect information on our behalf such as, location based on the IP address, Internet service provider, browser type, operating system and language, referring and exit pages and URLs, date and time, amount of time spent on particular pages, what sections of the Site you visit, number of links you click while on the Site, search terms, and other data. The information obtained will be transferred to and stored by Google on servers in various countries, including the United States. 3 – Cookies

Cookies are small packets of data that a website stores on your computer’s hard drive so that your computer will “remember” information about your visits to our Site and other sites as described under “Google Analytics 4,” above. We may share this aggregate data with our affiliates, agents, licensees and other contractors within and outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). Involvement of third parties on processing personal data

Like many businesses, we sometimes hire other companies to perform certain business-related services. The types of companies that now or in the future may process your personal information are data storage and hosting services. Such third parties function as our Processors, performing services at our instruction and on our behalf pursuant to contracts which require they provide at least the same level of privacy protection as is required by this Privacy Statement and implemented by Infinity Communications. One of the measurements is the requirement of a Processor Agreement before any third party processes your personal information. When processing takes place outside the EEA, Infinity Communications will take appropriate measurements to comply with Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation). In particular, we transfer personal data only to countries for which the European Commission has established an adequate level of data protection, or use additional safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

Opt-In to Onward Transfers

We will retain your personal information in a form that identifies you only for as long as it serves the purpose(s) for which it was initially collected as stated in this Privacy Statement, or subsequently authorised. We may continue processing your personal information for longer periods, but only for the time and to the extent such processing reasonably serves the purposes for which it was shared, and subject to the protection of this Privacy Statement. After such time periods have expired, we may either delete your personal information or retain it in a form such that it does not identify you personally.

How we protect your Information

Infinity Communications takes very seriously the security and privacy of the personal information that it collects pursuant to this Privacy Statement. Accordingly, we will implement reasonable and appropriate security measures to protect your personal information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration and destruction, taking into account the risks involved in processing and the nature of such data, and comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Children

We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 16 through the Site. If you are under 16, please do not give us any personal information. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s Internet usage and to help enforce our Privacy Statement by instructing their children never to provide personal information to us without their permission. Important Notice For Residents of the European Economic Area and Switzerland

Infinity Communications complies with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation), regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information from the European Union member countries as well as Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, and Switzerland. We remain liable if our agent/suppliers process such personal information in a manner inconsistent with the GDPR, unless we prove that we are not responsible. If there is a conflict between this Privacy Statement and the GDPR and/or FADP, the GDPR and/or FADP shall prevail.

Infinity Communications commits to resolve complaints about your privacy and our collection or use of your personal information.

When you are not satisfied with the way Infinity handles you personal data you may file a complaint to the appropriate Supervisory Authority.
