A new website to galvanise action and help end viral hepatitis

The goal

To redevelop The Hepatitis Fund website and build a supporting key message framework that inspires donors to join a global move towards disease elimination.

Our approach

Key messages

Putting the opportunity ahead of the challenge, we built a framework that positioned The Hepatitis Fund and its partners as a catalyst for long-term change. Messages were inspired by background research and stakeholder interviews, and ‘beta tested’ through a team workshop.

Content development

With the foundations in place, we proposed a site map that would meet the needs of donors and implementing partners. From this, we mapped out a content plan and developed clear and concise website narratives to support the user journey.

Website development

We worked with a partner design and web agency and The Hepatitis Fund team to bring the vision for their new website to life. As the build progressed, we provided ongoing project management support to ensure that every page was clear and engaging, and brought identified messages to the fore.

The impact

The final website is an information hub for potential donors and grantees. It offers a user-friendly experience that guides visitors through the working model, aims, impact and opportunities available with The Hepatitis Fund.
