From Announcement to Action: Supporting WHO’s Digital Dialogues on Ending Violence Against Children

The goal

In 2024, the first Global Ministerial Conference on Ending Violence Against Children which took place in Colombia brought together leaders from over 100 countries, resulting in 370+ pledges to protect children and prevent violence worldwide. In the face of this remarkable achievement, the next step was clear: ensuring that these commitments were translated into action.

To support this global process, WHO, UNICEF and partners launched the Digital Dialogues – a weekly series of 8 discussions creating a platform for governments, civil society, and experts to exchange strategies, showcase progress, and share best practices on pledge implementation. The series also featured landmark moments, including the launch of WHO’s first global report on corporal punishment of children as a public health issue.

Infinity’s role

We were proud to partner in helping make these high-level dialogues accessible and impactful. We supported the initiative through:

A distinctive visual identity

Ensuring consistency and recognition across all dialogue materials, including a webpage.

Template design

Developing easy-to-use PowerPoint and social media templates for partners, ensuring brand consistency across sessions and platforms.

Video support

Editing and publishing recordings in a timely manner on YouTube and the website, ensuring a wider audience reach.

The impact

By providing a cohesive visual and digital framework, we supported WHO and partners as they brought the global community together once again – this time to focus on action. The dialogues not only maintained the momentum from the Bogotá ministerial conference, but contributed to accountability by informing annual pledge reporting.

We loved this project because…

Working on this project felt like more than just technical support: they gave us the sense of belonging in a larger global movement to ensure that the voices of children, youth, and survivors are heard, and that governments are equipped to deliver on their commitments.
