Creating strategic blueprints for a pharmaceutical company

The goal

To develop compelling content and designs for strategic blueprints outlining the company’s global strategies across multiple therapeutic areas. The blueprints aimed to align marketing strategies across regions, while showcasing some examples from the affiliates.

Our approach

Gathering insights

We began by thoroughly reviewing the background materials recommended by the client. This was followed by a collaborative brainstorming session with the client to define the initial structure and focus of the blueprints.

Content development

We developed a detailed outline containing the proposed key messages for each section of the blueprints. Based on the client’s feedback, we built on this outline to draft the full content, complete with references and suggested visual elements.

Blueprint design

To ensure consistency, we designed a template aligned with the corporate branding that could be applied across all blueprints. We also redesigned existing figures to visually represent the information more effectively.

The impact

The blueprints are now widely used by local subsidiaries and are a staple in their starter pack for new employees. This has strengthened brand consistency and increased awareness globally.
