Producing an impact report for a healthcare investment firm

The goal

To create an engaging report communicating the impact of a venture capital firm’s investments in healthcare technology.

Our approach

Research

We established an understanding of the firm’s history, investment thesis and goals through meetings with key stakeholders. We then researched each of the companies in the firm’s portfolio to source facts, statistics and patient testimonials that summarised the impact of their offering.

Content planning and development

We developed a report format and content that could concisely communicate how the firm delivers impact to patients and society through its investments. We used relevant statistics to summarise how each company within the investment portfolio is transforming healthcare by addressing unmet needs.

Report design

We brought the text together using the firm’s brand elements, relevant imagery, and the addition of infographics and visuals.

The impact

By pairing good design with convincing copy, we transformed the content into an engaging report that demonstrates how the firm is delivering on its investment thesis. The brochure is in active use on the company’s website, and speaks to potential investors who are looking to invest in funds that contribute to improvements in healthcare.
